HOUSE RULES...
​1.  Check in 1st day from 16h - Check out last day 10h.
2.  'Monte Pego' is an area where people are out for peace and quiet.  
Too much and unnecessary noise (or music) will result in a visit from the police with the necessary concequences.​
3.  A copy of the passports of all people staying in the villa is required.
The rental rules in Spain have become stricter.  Only people registered with pasport during the described holiday period are allowed in the villa.  No subletting is allowed.  
If this rule is broken, police action will be taken. 
4.  Please make sure the waste bins are emptied on the end of the holiday.  
At the entrance to Monte Pego are all the containers where waste can be sorted.
(glass, plastic, cardboard, ...)
5.  If damage is found during the rental period, you are also responsible for this.  
We assume it is not always your fault.  Something can always happen, we are only human.
So please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it. 
Also more pleasant for the people renting the villa after you.
6.  If the rules are not followed, the deposit will be retained + the cost of repairs.
​7.  When renting the villa, you strictly follow the regulations.
8.  The pool will be maintained every week, this is necessary for the health of the pool.

9.  Smoking in the house is NOT alowed.
10.  NO pets alowed.
